Extending the work permit

In order to extend a work permit, you have to submit an application to the Voivodeship Office. Such an application can be submitted not earlier than 90 but and not later than 30 days before the period of validity of the work permit is over. Time of consideration is 30 days.

In case of intending to continue cooperation with a current employer on the basis of a residence and work permit, the set of required documents is quite similar, and it also has to be presented at the Voivodeship Office.
